Belated Memorial Day Post

I should have posted this on Monday, but with family in town and lots going on, I didn't get around to it. Although I technically had time on Monday, I was busy relaxing, not blogging.

"Tell My Mama I Did My Best"

This is a picture that Madden did for his final art project of the year. Its a section of a photograph rendered in colored pencil. He added the words "Honor, Courage, Commitment" on the Marine's sleeve and the quotation at the bottom.

I think it's pretty amazing. I'm proud of him!
