One Sock, 2 Socks, Striped Socks, New Socks!

Finished at last! I even managed to Kitchener the toe on the second one without any difficulty---other than neck strain and mental exhaustion.

I'm wearing them and they are soft and warm and comfy. In fact, I like them so well, that I might actually knit. more. socks. Unbelievable.

I hope your tootsies are warm today! The only thing left of our blizzard yesterday is cold and wind. Brrrrr!

  2. Lately I have been having such an urge to learn how to knit -- but only if I can start with socks! This may be impossible...but I don't think I could knit a scarf. I just don't want to. I want socks!!

  3. Socks aren't toooo difficult; there are a lot of different steps to go through. Starting and stopping are the 2 hardest parts. Casting onto 3 needles and joining them is very tricky (at least for me), and Kitchenering the toes is a challenge. But, aside from those 2 things, not hard at all!

Perfect post title for Dr. Suess Day!
