The children all woke up easily enough today after their 10 day bonus vacation, and we took Tom to school. That was great; we hadn't been in the car enough lately to listen to The Two Towers!
How..ev..er,
someone must have given them the impression that "school" means doing whatever they feel like doing all day.
Like playing Wii video games,
card games,
computer games,
and just generally whining and acting put-upon when I suggest something else. Like reading a fun chapter book together. I'm so mean. I just wanted to jump right back into the difficult work!
