My favorite Christmas tablescape this year!

 Making new Jesse Tree ornaments this year out of Crayola Modeling Clay
with the help of Meg and Pippo.  They need to air-dry, after which we will paint them with acrylics and seal.  I think we'll try sealing them with something other than Mod Podge this year.  The old ones are a little sticky after all these years and the tissue paper we wrap them in sticks and makes them look horrible.

Gus, half-asleep on his back, between Pippo's legs, while Pippo plays with clay and avoids doing his schoolwork.  When he's good, he's very good, and when he's bad, he's horrid!  But when he's good, we just can't help cuddling him while he sleeps.

Lots of detritus still on the dining room table.  Stuff for decorating.  Stuff for putting away.  Stuff for giving away.  Just too. much. stuff.  Everywhere.
