I don't buy any boxed foods to keep on hand, except pizza, and that's rare these days. My go-to, quick meals are pasta (brown rice, not wheat), and anything with ground meat.

Thanks, I love the weave, too! It's Tunisian crochet; I love the way it looks and I love doing it.

Thanks for the caution---I'm aware. :-) Intention is everything and worshipping Hindu gods is not my intent. In fact, I stick with instructors who are doing "exercise" (which is very challenging and leaves no time or breath for meditation!) and I steer very clear of anyone who gets into spirituality. I'm intrigued by the Petra workout for Catholics. Long before I was interested in yoga one of our parish priests used to give classes! The archbishop got lots of letters about him, but I would love to know what his classes were/are actually like!Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12072984925282936743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5172588600946128888.post-36908283068271648922014-11-14T12:38:46.260-05:002014-11-14T12:38:46.260-05:00Those Kringles don't look like your typical di...Those Kringles don't look like your typical diet! ;-) Speaking of Trader Joe's, what are you favorite "processed" dinner foods? You know, something to keep on-hand when I don't want to start from scratch.

I love the weave of the blanket. Is that the Russian crochet (I know Russian isn't exactly the word, but my memory...)? I think you need to make an Angelina Ballerina blanket. And I think I already gave you some of my other faves. :-)

Just a note of caution...I know you are not intentionally worshipping Hindu gods when you do yoga, but you might want to find a program where you are stretching and not using a "yoga" mentality. I probably didn't have to tell you that, but I always get nervous when Catholics say they are doing yoga. Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00747308009364094199noreply@blogger.com
